Zucchini marmalade recipe


6 c. sugar
6 c. peeled and grated zucchini
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lb. box apricot or peach Jello, I
don't like peach

Combine sugar, zucchini, and pineapple in large saucepan, bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and add Jello. Pour into jars and seal. Yield 4 pints.
