Tomato and apple jam recipe

1 Lemon, chopped
1 pt Tomatoes, fresh or canned
2 c Diced apples
3 c Sugar
Cook lemon until tender in a small amount of water. Add remaining ingredients and boil mixture until thick and clear. Cool slightly, pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints.
